1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
• Domestic Shipping: We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $6.99 to all US states.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location. 

5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
